Before starting you should inquire about documents needed to achieve the desired goal: to European countries is enough to have an identity card for EU citizens or passport for all others.

In some circumstances it may be necessary to undergo vaccinations, if your destination has sanitation or environmental conditions different to those we are usually accustomed.
You should consult a clinic at least one month before departure as some require time and are different depending on the destination and the vaccinations that your doctor will invite you to submit to depend on some factors that are described:
- the type of diseases most frequent in the area where you are headed;
- the period of year in which the trip will take place;
- the type of journey;
- by the rules and regulations issued by the health authorities of the country of destination.
